Seasoned AUS Grass-Fed Mutton Mishkak Barbecue Cubes Skewers

Mishkak is prepared on local-style skewers from Australian Grass-Fed boneless mutton Leg Boneless, with a piece of fat in the middle. Each skewer is 30gm. 4 meat cubes and 1 fat cubes. 100% fresh. 100% halal.

Ingredients: Salt, Ginger Powder, Aji Nomoto, Black Pepper Powder, Garlic Powder, Meat Masala, Turmeric Powder, Lemon Juice, Tamarind Paste, Sunflower Oil

Grilled Mutton Mishkak Skewers

Ingredients:

  • 500g Seasoned AUS Grass-fed Mutton Mishkak
  • 1 red bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 green bell pepper, cut into chunks
  • 1 onion, cut into chunks
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for brushing
  • Skewers (metal or soaked wooden skewers)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Thread the seasoned mutton mishkak onto the skewers, alternating with pieces of bell pepper and onion.
  3. Brush the skewers with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
  4. Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until the mutton is cooked through and the vegetables are tender and slightly charred.
  5. Serve the grilled mutton mishkak skewers hot with your favorite dipping sauce or alongside a fresh salad or rice.
